Well. Today somebody didn't understand 'Is there any cheese in it?', so I got a bit ill. For the record, icing made with cream cheese is really tasty. I should have made myself vomit earlier, but someone walked me to the chemist, and the chemist got me some water so I could take many more pills than the packet said. Then I got a lift home, threw up and went to sleep.

I have located a very nice chicken souvalaki local to me. I was surprised... not a normal souva, but very good.

I got my redundancy money yesterday. It makes up for my splurge after finishing up, plus some extra. I tried to get a sales guy to talk me into a 'time capsule', and he sucked. He sucked bad, so I just got some games which I'll probably play twice.

Benji merchandise has not yet arrived. Today's cultural divide was about tattoos. Funny one.

I'm getting a new Mac, and now I have the fidgets, waiting for delivery.

Catastrophe Client has gone right up the fucking creek. But I am at least getting to laugh at the emails flying around. I had such a workday, but in a good way.

If I wasn't the expert in this system before, I am now. The whole day was with a Business Analyst, and we picked things apart as much we could fit in. And there's a spec for what I want to happen.

I was egged on to use the buttons no-one knows about. One in particular is awesome. And now I know what the mystery field does. Like many other things... never been used since the system was developed.  read more »

is that you can often not pick a "password hint". Because I could make it like - 'it reminds you of (these 2 words) merged, with a typo, and then the numbers, and the varying case', but what's the fucking point of that?
