I have located a very nice chicken souvalaki local to me. I was surprised... not a normal souva, but very good.

I got my redundancy money yesterday. It makes up for my splurge after finishing up, plus some extra. I tried to get a sales guy to talk me into a 'time capsule', and he sucked. He sucked bad, so I just got some games which I'll probably play twice.

I am gettin' real good at hospital Fridays. Today I watched blood draw back into a giant plunger.

A while ago, people at ex-work (as we were all splitting) talked me in to facebook. That gets real dull, real fast. Probably really only good for messaging. That, and looking at photos from former clients. I don't think I've ever got over something online this quickly. Also - why the fuck do dickheads who hated me in high school try to add me as a friend? Fucktards. Something about the internet and social networking is that people want so bad to have a high friend number, that they'll give people they spat on in a past life a big virtual hug.

Actually - possibly I got spat on in high school was because I had no concept of needing a high friend count in real life, either.

Spent a small amount of time wondering what it does to movie recommending algorithms when I want both 'Happy Feet' and 'Ghosts Of The Civil Dead'. Rather than freak a machine, I guess it thinks that a) I have kids, or b) I am a sociopath. Given the choice I'd pick b. Given the fact that I would pick b, and the movies I like... I am most likely a sociopath.

Over Easy is still functional, but looks very default. I am just happy I navigated through errors and eye twitching to get it back up intact. I want to go further up grade... but need a breather before I wrestle with server settings. I think I need the host to do something. We'll see.

Being unemployed is really agreeing with me. But today someone called to see whether I want a job. I really won't know until Monday when I can ask exactly what it is. Still... kinda good to feel able to be picky.
