Not recently enough!
I have lodged a formal complaint with AMP, and the guy today seemed to be saying that they really never got my form, he really is certain, but there is no way he can pull out what I sent.
So I spoke with his supervisor, and used phrases like "I am unable to express how very unhappy I am". I let her know that my Registered Mail receipt is actually a legal document proving AMP got my mail. I have restated that I EXPECT them to find my forms. I also said that to be fair, I should warn her that I am going to complain to the panel within our company that liaises with AMP. I've done that bit.
Something was mentioned (both to AMP and our panel) about the fact that a financial institution in charge of our money... they shouldn't have this serious an issue with their mail and / or document control.
Bastards.
The lovely chick at the bakery... people always seem to try to bond with me after a crap day. But this chick took it really well. After she asked how my day had been, I paused for a second before saying 'You know... it's been really crap'. We exchanged sympathetic small talk.
That was yesterday. Yesterday included me saying to a colleague "I find the way you are speaking to me inappropriate. If it continues I will end the call." The call did end, and I suggested they email me. Then I told my boss that I don't want any kind of action or comment, but for the record, here is what just happened.
The comments weren't extreme. Moderate coarse language, around the accusation that I was... harassing them without cause or mercy. They still need to answer my question. If they don't, I'll keep going but with the next people up the chain.
