To not log in to my work email account until I am in work on Monday.

Obviously I am a tad stressed, so I forgot that people check on me by putting return receipts on things. So I got this email that looked innocuous, but it just told me I'd been caught.

I can't be arsed with much, so the short version is that hospital shit sucks. I am all funny with steroids. Good side is that I notice a small improvement - and it's small but critical because not being able to swallow properly has meant eating hasn't been working right. That bit is better.

Since life is shit anyway - I called AMP again. Technically this is not slander, because it is just my opinion. My opinion is that AMP are a pack of stupid, evil cunts.

Possibly someone has put a note on my file that I have told them that the only way I can sum up the reason I am leaving is because I hate AMP. I think that because the two operators I spoke with tonight were super. Friendly, helpful people who just answered my questions and didn't try to convince me that I don't hate AMP. Good marks for them.

After all kinds of fucking around, AMP told me late last week that they never got the two envelopes with my rollover forms. Then they never got the two from my new fund. They also somehow didn't get the two follow up forms from my new fund.

I have some new AMP forms, and my issue today was that one asked for a plan number. AMP have never told me the plan number (EVER, I have all the mail), but it is a required field on the rollover form.

But now I have it. The guy in the post office knows me, because I keep having to get him to sign my ID copies and swear they are true copies of the original he is looking at. He has also told me that Registered mail with a return receipt can be done to a PO Box!

So if things go wrong after that, I'll be off into feral land where I make myself as abusive and aggravating as I would like to be. Never had to do that after someone has signed that they really have got my letter. I do a good covering letter too. Just explaining that I have a receipt and any losses are the receivers fault. So they'd just better not say they never got it.

I also spoke with a not helpful chick when confirming that six separate forms just never reached them - if they really had got the forms, the maximum turnaround is ten working days. Helpfully, the receipt will tell me when the clock starts.
