I like them, and the service is good and all... but they now have the record for totally retarded call centre staff. I think it was an Indian centre... but can't really say. Names and accents of everyone I got match the theory.

Anyway. Swapped last month to PDF invoices via email. Realised yesterday that I should have seen an invoice first week in the month. Worked out that I could see it online - but no email. That's a real problem for me, because I'd forget. I suspected the email was getting tossed out as spam.

Called them. And the call was so totally painful that the guys in my office were in hysterics

Eventually I found a FAQ buried on the website, and I found it looking for a way to complain.

Some retard, and his retarded supervisor (Manu) swore blind that they had NO WAY to tell me where the invoice emails are sent from. None. I needed it to whitelist so that I could get my damn invoices.

Comedy moments came just before I hung up. But my favorite midway highlight was when I would ask a question, and the supervisor would say "...". I eventually said "I find your silences disturbing". He said "...".

My web feed back (which I didn't get copied in full, but it was very expressive), said that this was the most frustrating call ever, that it has damaged my opinion of 3, and that they have some SERIOUS training issues if I get an operator AND their supervisor repeatedly swearing there is no way in the world they could possibly know, or find out, something on the company website as a FAQ.

People who know me will be able to imagine how annoyed I was.
