I quit smoking. Just under 24 hours now, and no casualties to report. So it's all going well. Except this one bit where my supervisor tried to break me out of a work-related angry fit. By telling me to go outside and have a cigarette.
My unicorned chick has a drawing pin in her eye.
Did I mention there was this guy who climbed down the outside of the multi level car park next door? I liked that, think it's the new French sporting craze where I forget the name. Something French sounding. They overcome obstacles.
I forget what else... Oh! I got my blood test results back. Except for some issue with getting Iron from my stores and in to my blood - I'm in excellent shape. They tested everything, and it's all great which surprises me. And now I have a drawer at work full of fucking fruit. Because the doctor said pre-test "lots of water, lots of fruit". But it turns out chocolate and various crap meals were getting me by fine.
My friend got burgled. Very unhappy about that.
Excellent train driver on the way home. Happy, perky sounding guy who wanted us all to enjoy the view. He did the announcement at Richmond where the tell you to change trains here for a bunch of other lines. Today it was also suggested we change at Richmond if we were on the wrong train. Nice kind of radio voice, too.
I've been telling people to punch me if they catch me smoking. Hard, bruises are fine. No face or nipple hits. The guys at work thought there could be OHS, or harassment kind of issues, so I offered to give it to them in writing. Nobody really said yes to that, then my day got all fucked up with business (that's busy-ness).
