Mouse the kitten is still a freak. She's progressed from moving and tipping her water to putting things in it and taking them out. Then putting them back in. An old shoelace is her favourite. I'm thinking it might be fun to run a shallow bath and put her in there with a ping pong ball.
The Mouse also is trying to get into the top shelf of my wardrobe. The wardrobe comes to around 20cm under the ceiling, and she has 'quiet time' up there. I've stashed some old sofa cushions up there, leaving her about 10cm to crawl around in. Once she realised there was a high wardrobe shelf she started something of an engineering project. She wormed her way between a cushion and the wall, and nudged said cushion outwards. (They're the square, flat type.) The cushion is now jutting a little over the wardrobe's front, and the Mouse inches out and tries to get to the shelf. And she repeated this in little increments until she realised she was tipping her little cushion ledge a bit too far for comfort as she crawled out on to it. So I didn't even get to see her learn about falling off the wardrobe, the little smartarse.
